Our Associates do not waste time doing floor time, we have call coordinators for that.  ALL leads on your listings will always be sent directly to your cell phone.  When you sign a new listing, our transaction coordinators handle all of the data entry, the processing and the marketing.  This includes entering the listing into the MLS, creating a full house virtual tour on every listing and syndicating to dozens of real estate websites, sending “Just Listed” mailings, designing and producing the color brochures and school reports and placing the advertising!  And you can track all of the work being done on our custom company intranet system.  Imagine a company where every Sales Associate has a personal assistant without having to hire, train, manage or commit to a specific number of hours in their work week.  We believe that you should be spending time in front of clients or networking to grow your business, not doing clerical or processing work.  How much valuable time do you spend on administrative work that could be spent growing your business?
