Selling a home is an important personal issue. Real Estate Consultants was developed with the philosophy that every Seller should be offered flexibility, choices and savings when selling their home. We leave it up to our Sellers to decide which of our several marketing programs is best for them. In addition, we offer the flexibility to switch from one marketing program to another, anytime!
I like the idea of flexibility. Is there a catch?
Absolutely not! A lot of people think that because our fees are so reasonable that there must be hidden fees or surprises. We have no additional fees and we do not earn our commission until your home closes.
Do I have to show my own home?
The choice is yours. Some Sellers feel that they know their home better than anyone else and enjoy meeting the prospective Buyers. Other Sellers prefer that we show their home. We have full time agents working everyday at our offices who are ready on short notice to show your home to prospective Buyers if you prefer. Regardless of who shows your house, when the Buyer wants to purchase your home, we handle everything to assure a smooth transaction.
Is Real Estate Consultants a member of the Multiple Listing Service?
In fact, we are members of seven (7) different Multiple Listing Services throughout New Jersey. Just like traditional Brokers, we share the commission with the cooperating MLS agent. Therefore, they have the same incentive to sell your home as all other homes listed in the MLS. As a matter of fact, you will find our MLS listing on virtually all of the traditional company's websites as well!
